History

In the month of April 1955 when Frutos Herranz Sanz, Frutos, came to Torremolinos to take charge of the cafeteria Los Alamos, a small town near the gas station that was then almost obligatory stop on the way from Torremolinos to Malaga.

At first with her sister in the kitchen, and two years later, after marriage, with his wife, were laying the foundations of traditional cuisine, noble and without fuss, in which the best product acquired the most prominent. 

In 1968 he settled on the present site, initially only a kitchen and a bar next to an open area where they had tables and after successive enlargements shaped the current locale.

Always with his wife and several children, Frutos remained in front of the business until his death in 2005, leaving his son Armando restaurant management.
