Beef Casserole

As traditional a dish as they come. Casseroling is a cooking method which consists of stewing a main ingredient alongside all its condiments, raw and at the same time, and with the stewpot sealed so that no aroma or vapours are lost. Or in other words: good old cooking.

Our beef casserole is made with a base of carrots and leeks, which we flambé, and with the meat from the fore ribs that we receive with the sirloins. The result is a traditional dish, as tasty as they come and very popular among our restaurant’s regulars.
