Armando Herranz. Manager. Formed in restoring with his father Frutos, up to 27 years, left the family business management skills gained in various companies, until 2005, after the death of his father, assumed leadership of the restaurant.


Jaime Alvarez. Head of Chambers. Trained at the hotel with his brother in the business that he ran, leading to Frutos in 1989. Noted for its ease of adaptation and learning and for his leadership and knowledge of the customer, arriving two years ago the office he now occupies. 


José Ramón Martínez. Chef. Born in Castrillo de Rucios (Burgos), arrived in Malaga by the hand of the Meliá Hotels, which was formed as a cook. Frutos joined in 1980, occupying various positions up to the leadership in 2000.
